FAQ

Why do you offer this for free?

It’s important to us that we make sure that we don’t waste your time – we want to help you as efficiently as possible. This quick phone call helps us determine whether or not your goals and our experience align well enough for an in-person meeting to make sense.

We aren’t salespeople. If we aren’t a good fit for your current needs, we’ll tell you that right on the phone and, if we can, we’ll point you in the right direction.

Who will call me and when will they call?

Usually, one of our attorneys themselves will call you the same or next business day. Our experienced lawyers have been helping clients with their legal needs since 1929. To learn more about them, please visit the bio pages for John S MayJohn H May, Eric Rothermel, Bruce A. Roth, Brad Zuke, Matthew A. Grosh, & Richard Low.

To make sure we get you answers as quickly and efficiently as possible, we’ll have one of our experienced staff members get in touch with you if an attorney can’t call you promptly because of their schedule. We will call during our normal business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

How long will the phone call take?

We believe in client-focused service, so we don’t limit our phone calls to a specific amount of time. Our attorneys and staff will call you when they have the time they need to fully understand what your legal needs are and whether or not we might be a good fit for working together.

Generally it takes a maximum of 10-15 minutes to determine whether or not we think we can help you and if we need an in-person meeting.
